You will joining our Talent team

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Talent Manager to join the Genflow team and work with us to build our LA Genflow Talent Management presence.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing company with excellent career progression. You will work with our Talent to unlock their opportunities and optimise their partnerships.

The Role

• Work in close collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer to create game changing opportunities for a roster of talent based in the USA

• Work closely with CGO in order to breakthrough new categories for the Talent team

• Work towards achieving annual revenue targets, reviewed on a monthly basis

• Mentor and advise talent on content and professional decisions that impact their career

• Strategically build out the roster of managed clients

• An impactful point of contact for handling media, PR and other commercial inquiries

• Play a key role in growing our US operation in major US states including, LA, Miami and New York.

• Possess in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the influencer and entertainment management industry

• Has experience of managing agreement drafting and negotiations

• Thrives in working amongst a winning team with real ownership

• Has previous experience working within the talent management or influencer marketing industry

• Enjoys learning about the influencer industry, the top players, brands, and exploring industry insights

• Has a valuable network of brand contacts and industry relationships

• Has a great understanding of social and digital ecosystems

• Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Is ambitious and continuously seeks the opportunity to improve

• Can create excellent presentations and client decks

• Possess a high level of verbal and written communication skills

The important technical skills

• Previous experience using a project management tool such as Asana

• Proficient using Microsoft word and Googled document suite
