Each brand and business we create is unique and no two days are the same. And we reflect this. With our head office located in the heart of London we have a location in Los Angeles and many more international locations in the pipeline.
We are looking for someone to head up our media agency. If you ever wished to have your own agency where you have a say in strategy, shape the future and work with some amazing clients then this is for you. You will be part of the senior management team at Genflow and be responsible for all aspects of marketing, content, social etc for our clients. This role is for a true operator who understands how D2C brands need to be leading through media and looks forward to growing brands.
Day to day of the Head of Media:
-Manage Media clients: You will be responsible for all media services for all our clients. This includes delivery of marketing campaigns, content, ads, social media, PR and anything else related.
-Manage Multiple teams: Social, PR, Content and Digital Marketing. Manage their workload, tasks and progression.
-Hiring: Work with our inhouse recruiter to hire manager and juniors as needed
-Contracts: Create contracts for new clients using our templates
-Strategy: Create strategy for all brands through research, analysis of data and market trends.
-Reporting: Report to clients weekly, monthly and quarterly etc.
-Pitch: Create pitch decks for new clients as needed
-Senior Management: Play a key role on the Senior Management Team including inputting into business planning, organisational strategy, and strategic decision-making, as well as providing leadership and inspiration to a small and dedicated team of 10-15.
-Brand Building: You will be building brands, so you need to have the understanding of how to do this in different industries.
-Execution: You and your team will be completely responsible for all marketing for our brands. You will manage planning, budgets, execution, reporting and growth.
What we’re looking for from the Head of Media:
-Ambition: You need to have the ultimate ambition. No client is too big for us and no project is too hard. We do it all at Genflow.
-Signed clients: You must be able to clearly prove that you have signed clients and what happened
-Managing clients: You will need to have detailed experience of managing client relationships, workloads, campaigns, marketing strategies and more.
-Budgets: Have managed at least £10-20K a month spend per client in the past.
-Agency: Must come from an agency background.
-Communication: Must be excellent at communicating at all times through whatsapp, video, email etc.
-Team: Has worked and managed a whole team before.
