We're need you to take ownership of our web products. Every week we launch new apps and websites for our clients, plan sales, restocks of products and add new features to create truly bespoke offerings for our growing client base.

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who will take ownership of the existing backlog of development tasks for one or more of Genflow’s existing digital products. Working with the Software Product Manager, you will be creating feature specifications and ensuring that tasks are in a ready state for development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage releases and ensure smooth launches for web and app products.

What you; the Technical Account Manager will be doing

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who will take ownership of the existing backlog of development tasks for one or more of Genflow’s existing digital products. Working with the Software Product Manager, you will be creating feature specifications and ensuring that tasks are in a ready state for development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage releases and ensure smooth launches for web and app products.

Here's the job of the Technical Account Manager

  • Working with the product manager to determine which features will be within a specific release.
  • Create specifications and wireframes for features.
  • Working with the development team to ensure clarity on all tasks and to provide a clear launch process and timeframe for each release
  • Working with the wider team and clients to ensure all content relevant to a release are collated correctly and on time
  • Managing the testing process and signing off when a release is ready to go live
  • Assisting with compiling customer and client feedback
  • Assisting with compiling reports for performance analytics
  • Sending weekly summaries to clients of performance and development updates
  • Performing any ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure the success of your designated products

Technical Account Manager Role Requirement

  • Previous experience working as a product owner for web/app consumer products ideally from an agency background.
  • Experience writing clear feature specifications and user stories
  • Experience using an online wireframing tool
  • Familiarity with online task management software such as JIRA or Asana
  • High level of proficiency in Excel
  • Extremely proficient and demonstrable organisational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of SQL is a bonus but not required
