You will be joining our Marketing Team
As the Marketing Manager at Genflow, you’ll be working with the Genflow Marketing team and be responsible for helping to implement the strategic vision of Genflow’s brand positioning across all external-facing materials. You will report into the Marketing Lead and help to execute all aspects of the marketing plan including brand advertising/media, sponsorship event marketing, experiential campaigns, and public relations efforts.
You will lead all marketing campaigns on how to take all our organic content, including but not limited to two podcasts, one vlog and two YouTube channels to the market and get more eyeballs on the business. You will also work with the PR Executive to strategize marketing and PR campaigns.
The role
Drive topline brand awareness, bringing more eyeballs to all of Genflow’s branding projects, and amplifying the content we create internally through direct and co-branded marketing campaigns.
Develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and measurement strategies for all our creator-focused products and services with the aim of driving demand and ensuring retention and loyalty.
Craft go-to-market launch plans to drive awareness of new services and brand products, including digital media plans, social outreach campaigns, event marketing strategies, emails/newsletters, trade shows/conferences, and sponsorship programs.
Help inform our social content calendar by gathering and formulating key insights to shape PR stories. Assist in the drafting of press releases and compiling supporting data/information with the PR executive.
Study the competition, and the creator industry to optimize product-market fit.
Understand what the creator industry values, needs, and wants through consumer insights research and quantitative analysis; Translate analyses into actionable strategies.
Initiate strategy, execution, and post-launch analysis of go-to-market campaigns aligning to the product roadmap and company objectives.
Partner with Marketing Lead to craft presentation materials, pitch decks, and other collateral.
Support the team in the development of all brand and company marketing events including creator conferences, panel sessions, tradeshows, experiential activations, online conferences, and parties.

Is an experienced brand marketer and self-starter, who is eager to learn and well-versed in the creator economy, influencer marketing, entertainment, digital media, social media, and pop culture.
Has proven experience within marketing, social media, blogger outreach, and events.
Understands the importance of brand integrity and brand image.
Enjoys brainstorming ideas with proven past experience in activating 360-degree marketing campaigns.
Can prioritize, identify problems, devise solutions, disseminate information to relevant stakeholders, and bring about timely resolution.
Can cope with job pressure and ambiguity, and comfortable operating against rigorous deadlines.
Enjoys and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial work environment.
Displays exceptional team and interpersonal skills.
Has strong multi-tasking skills.
