About the role of Account Executive
If you love creators, social media and everything online then this is the role for you. You will be working across a number of creators closely and the brands they operate with Genflow. This means you are one of their go to people for their brand, and one of the people they trust the most to help them achieve their goals.
The role will consist of you working really closely with Account Managers and senior members of the brand team across everything to do with the creators’ brand from the next launch to marketing, content to new ideas!
This role sits within the brand team, the area of the business responsible for the launch, management and growth of our portfolio of brands.
This role requires a razor sharp eye for detailed execution, very strong communication and project management skills, and of course some seriously hot client management skills. It would suit someone who is looking to really accelerate their career at an award winning startup that’s experiencing extraordinary growth. This is an important role and central to Genflow’s ability to deliver against its ambitious growth plans as we continue to scale as a business.
We work closely with creators as we handle everything from ideation, manufacturing, marketing, eCommerce, content creation and business development for their own brands which are emerging within the mainstream lifestyle, beauty and fitness markets.

Responsibilities of an Account Executive:
You will work across a portfolio of creator brands that you support Account Managers and senior members of the Brand to team to manage on behalf of Genflow
You will work closely with your creators to help them manage their brands with Genflow - this includes being on top of all aspects of their business from strategy, new product launches, marketing and content.
Your job will be to work with the internal teams to make sure they deliver everything needed for your creators.
Support the development of brand strategy and narrative and translate into clear execution plan across all business touch points consistently
Take a relentless approach to the detail of execution and its optimisation to constantly improve brand performance
Leverage reporting tools to pull data (financial, media, web analytics, etc.) to report on what's happening, interrogate why it's happening and formulate data-led action plans to impact results
Be responsible for making sure that everything that needs doing across all aspects of delivering the plan, gets done
Take a structured approach to getting things done across multiple brands, teams and channels, and work through Genflow processes to be as efficient and effective as possible
Support the management of communication with the client, and internal team
Support the wider brand team on projects and initiatives to help build and drive the brand team and its portfolio of creator businesses forwards.
Previous experience working in a similar role as an account executive / manager for clients within an agency environment and have worked across multiple accounts at the same time
You have a good understanding of agency / client relationships and how to manage them well
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and ooze determination, perseverance and an instinctive eye for what will work and what won’t
You are comfortable working quickly across multiple brands and projects at the same time, and get a genuine thrill from working at pace with a team of highly talented and driven people
You understand ecommerce and social media and how the key platforms and successful social media marketing strategies achieve growth
You understand and appreciate the power of the audience first approach to brand building, and the enormous potential that the creator economy represents
You are on trend and up to date with your understanding of the creator economy industry and audience - you understand the digital and content trends amongst Gen-Z and Millennial audiences, and have an intuitive understanding of what type of user experience, marketing and activation achieve success
