About the Team and Role Summary
We’re looking to add a talented marketing leader to our growing US operation. This role will be key in setting up our sales and marketing function in the US. You’ll be responsible for Genflow marketing initiatives to drive business growth, client marketing plans, and client acquisition
This role is all about growing our US businesses and taking them to the next level
What you will do
Set-up and running the Marketing Department in the US
Drive oubrands’ overall marketing strategies working closely with the client, management, digital, social, creative and content teams, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services
Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, for clients and Genflow and understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team
Track and record activity on marketing related KPIs, and provide weekly and quarterly reports for the BM and client clearly identifying marketing priorities, challenges and opportunities
Work closely with the Commercial Director on new business strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding across our clients
Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
PItch Genflow products and services to new clients
We would like to meet someone who
Has experience within the creator economy, and comes with a network in the creator space
Has previous experience in a similar role, working either agency side or in-house.
Can champion overall marketing strategy with demonstrated experience in managing a team
Is skilled in developing and executing strategic marketing plans for clients
Is confident working in a client environment
Has the ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects at the same time.
Has excellent English language and grammar.
Is a natural communicator, able to form relationships with stakeholders at all levels (both internal and external).
Is highly motivated with a positive approach to projects
Is a team player takes a personal interest working collaboratively.
The important technical essentials
Proficient using Asana, project management tools, MS Suite and Google Doc Suite
