This is an opportunity to join an award winning social agency as a Social Media Manager that is delivering a high ROI through strategic and creative work of the highest calibre. You will take responsibility for planning and developing the social strategies for each campaign, manage and advise on paid social media programs and be the social and digital 'go-to' person for both clients and the agency team.

You will be someone who is entrepreneurial with a strong appetite for growth, who can connect social and digital agendas in a credible, relevant and inspiring way both between agency and client. This role reports into the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities - Social Media Manager

  • Oversee day-to-day management of  campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Creating project schedules and timelines for clients
  • Proofing content, ensuring it meets brand objectives and guidelines
  • Diversifying content to implement different content for different clients
  • Responsible for the social channels, with the ability to lead daily, weekly and monthly planning of all social content
  • Grow new channels and/or improvements to existing channels. Have experience of utilising social listening tools to gain consumer insights, target influencers and influence the social strategy.
  • Effectively responding to all client enquiries and requests
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Facilitate scaling brand and brands awareness through various social media channels
  • Work with content team to brief clear and concise briefs to curate content for socials
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
  • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Work with wider social team to ensure all content is held to the same standards
  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
  • Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social
  • media campaigns.
  • Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Evaluate social brand reporting week-on-week, monthly and quarterly; making data driven creative decisions aligned with key objectives and social metrics.
  • Grow new channels and/or improvements to existing channels. Have experience of utilising social listening tools to gain consumer insights, target influencers and influence the social strategy
  • Working alongside the customer care team to lead community management and drive positive sentiment and interactions; identifying any risks and reacting to issues before they escalate

Requirements - Social Media Manager

- Extensive experience managing social media accounts and driving content strategy

- Extensive experience in reporting, KPIs, Social media analytics

- Experience using GA, IG analytics, later, FB reporting, and other KPI/Data tools

- Confident liaising with and being client facing

- Minimum 3 years experience

- Experience managing a small team of up to 4 direct reports

- Familiarity with social analytics and media terminology

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Excellent written skills with an acute attention to detail

- High energy and positive team player

- Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
