We work closely with all clients as we handle everything from ideation, manufacturing, marketing, ecommerce, customer service and business development for their own brands which are emerging within the mainstream lifestyle, beauty and fitness market.
Our influencer brands are setting the standard for how brands engage in this exciting new era of social media, they are selling products worldwide and amassing millions in sales each year.
This role involves leading a group of brands with your team (3-5 people) where you manage the day to day success of the brand, own and come up with all business strategy and lead the brands as if they were your own. If you have an entrepreneurial attitude and an enthusiasm for building a brand from the ground up - this is right up your street.
What you'll do
-You will ultimately be responsible for managing and building a group of D2C brands.
-Create and implement an annual business plan for all clients including an outline of product development, app development, marketing and business development strategies alongside other teams internally.
-Own the commercial direction of each brand and work with your team alongside the wider team to delivery it.
-Lead the execution of the business strategy and make sure we are delivering it to our clients
-Track metrics and KPI's per brand weekly and monthly and think of strategy to improve sales, grow each brand and solve any challenges
-Consistently seek opportunities to grow your clients’ business and increase sales. This includes but is not limited to commercial partnerships, marketing initiatives, retail opportunities and licensing.
-Manage a team of Account Managers, ensuring your team are successfully managing and developing their selected clients’ businesses.
-Handle any client crisis management needed a including handling client comms, internal reporting and proactively ensuring the positive relationships are maintained with all clients.
-Report on clients’ business performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
-Responsible for all product launches, sales, promotions, new business for clients
-Be process driven and used to using tools like Asana, Dropbox etc.
We we need:
You will be experienced in driving P&L and cash performance, with an exceptional track record of commercial delivery in a consumer brand. You will be passionate about the customer experience proposition, with the proven ability to drive the customer connection and create a world-class experience. A natural leader with a genuine passion and appreciation of branded digital, social and mobile deliver retail, you can influence, inspire and collaborate to drive transformative impact.
It is crucial that you have managed a brand in the past across departments to understand how product, marketing, customer service, ecommerce all has to be excited together.
- 2 years of working in a similar role where you managed the success of a business.
- Can demonstrate strategy they implemented that was actually successful and what metrics they improved
- Proven record of leading sales, marketing and business development of a D2C business
- Social media awareness and interest
- Innate, practical experience of using detailed analytics in D2C and eCommerce businesses
- Success in taking a business through scale-up stages. Strategic thinker, able to evolve operating models and attract new investment
- Experience of leading and developing young, energetic teams and effecting changes as needed
- At heart, you love growing businesses, driven by sound financial analysis. You’ve also possibly had exposure to corporate finance and deal structuring, supported by legal and tax specialists
