About the role

We are looking for someone to join our Growth team and work on reaching out to new potential clients. This role is for someone that loves social media as you will be spending your time searching for influencers/creators and getting in touch with them to work with Genflow! 

You will be creating pitches, presentations and working with team internally to get all the information together. 

Over time you will get to learn about building brands and how we work at Genflow and you will see how we sign a client and launch a brand with them! 

What You Will Do: 

  • Searching Instagram, Youtube and TikTok for potential clients
  • Looking at their content, watching their videos, reading captions to see which industry they belong to and if they  have potential
  • Using Genlytics our in house software to check their analytics
  • Recording all leads in Pipedrive (leads software)
  • Updating other trackers/spreadsheets
  • Organising calls with seniors and other team members
  • Creating Powerpoint pitches and decks for different types of sales strategies and working with our teams internally for designs
  • Reach out to talent agencies and build relationships
  • Email 50 people daily on average
  • Use other methods like DM’s and work on ways to get a potential clients attention
  • Report progress daily/weekly/monthly

 

What have you got:

  • Previous experience in a business development role which involved an online business
  • Track record of signing clients successfully and demonstrate this
  • Know how to sell when writing emails and can be relatable - we are not corporate and not looking for Dear Sir XYZ.
  • Relentless creativity and ability to write copy
  • Keen interest and experience in entrepreneurship startups and business
  • Organisation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Team player 
  • Quick moving, can take any task on without apprehension
