About the role

We are looking for someone to join our marketing team within our media department and manage the Genflow Social media accounts and Shan our CEO’s. This role is for someone that loves entrepreneurship, creating business/marketing content and likes the world of influencers/creators and social media.  

You must love social media and understand how people consume content as you are creating content for Gen-Z consumers.

What You Will Do: 

  • Responsible for the day to day management of our social media platforms, currently Instagram, Youtube, Facebook and Linkedin. All to be taken seriously from now. 
  • Work alongside the marketing manager and content team to create and post content.
  • Post all content on all channels
  • Follow up, engage and manage community on all platforms. 
  • Work on building relationships, collabs and ways to grow the accounts. 
  • Staying on top of how other people create content in our space and work on a strategy that competes
  • Report on success of campaigns and content, suggest recommendations for improvement
  • Supporting weekly social media planning across all channels
  • Liaise with the content team to ensure specific content is created for all social channels
  • Understanding of building brand and what works on social media in our space
  • Bringing new and fresh ideas to creative meetings 

What have you got:

  • Previous experience managing social media channels, 
  • A professional qualification i.e. degree, national diploma or HND
  • Relentless creativity and ability to write copy
  • Keen interest and experience in entrepreneurship startups and business
  • Organisation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • High level of professionalism as representing the brand
  • Team player 
  • Quick moving, can take any task on without apprehension 
  • Happy to stay on top of customer service within social media
