Our unique BAAS (Brand as a service) approach has allowed us to become one of the leading companies in the influencer ecosystem in the world. 

We provide the complete infrastructure so an influencer can launch their own digital brand (mobile apps, courses, membership clubs, gated content) or their own physical D2C brand (cosmetics, fashion or fitness etc) so they can focus on growing their own audience. 

With over 100 clients around the world, a team of 50+, international warehouses and offices we are now entering a real growth phase as a company and looking to add the best people in the world to join us.

The Role


We are focused on growth in 2021 and looking for someone to come and help us sign and build the next group of $1M+ brands. 

With the world focused on social media we believe our proposition is by far the most attractive for any creator/influencer and this role involves completely owning all acquisition of clients. 

You will need to be in tune with who the best influencers are on Youtube, Instagram etc and have the commercial know how to understand what Genflow can do for them. 

You can hire your own team and put your own infrastructure in place. The role is about spotting talent and business opportunities. 


What you'll do

  • Work closely with the management team in devising the acquisition strategy. 
  • Own all acquisition for the business and work on all our channels. 
  • Know how to refine our pitch for different stakeholders
  • Source and analyse influencers through our in house software Genlytics. 
  • Be an expert in cold emailing, pitching and coming up with unique ways to get their attention.
  • Be able to create presentations and work with the team to deliver A-grade business pitches. 
  • Offer expert advice on contracts, negotiations or business deals that the company may enter into
  • Use Pipedrive and other software to manage the sales pipeline
  • Report internally weekly, monthly and build goals for your team
  • Work on key partnerships with agencies
  • Work on our international strategy

We we need:

You will be experienced in acquiring clients for a business. You can demonstrate a key track record of delivering results. Who you signed, how you signed and what the outcome was. 


You have a clear understanding and passion for the influencer / creator / youtuber industry, you spend your personal time watching videos, seeing what’s happening and have a clear eye for talent. 


  • 2 years of working in a similar role where you managed acquiring clients
  • Can demonstrate key examples of strategy you implemented for acquisition
  • Can show different channels and what worked and why
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, determination and perseverance
  • Can create excellent reports and business analysis
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • A high degree of business acumen or equivalent 
  • Organised and confident with excellent communication skills
